개인정보처리방침
Alteria(이하 “회사”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, Margo 앱(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. AlphaSecret 등 회사의 다른 서비스에는 별도의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
요약 — Margo는 회원 가입이 없고, 이용자가 연결한 오픈마켓 상점의 주문·수수료 정보를 읽기 전용으로 가져와 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장합니다. 회사는 이 정보를 보관하는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 구매자 이메일을 요청하지 않고 구매자 이름·주소를 저장하지 않습니다. 광고·추적 도구를 사용하지 않고, 정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
앱은 이용자가 마켓(현재 Etsy)의 공식 로그인 화면에서 접근을 승인한 경우에만, 승인한 상점의 아래 정보를 마켓 API로 조회합니다. 요청 권한은 주문·결제 조회(transactions_r)와 상품 조회(listings_r)이며, 모두 읽기 전용입니다.

구매자 정보: 마켓이 돌려주는 주문 정보에는 구매자 이름·배송지 등이 포함될 수 있으나, 앱은 이를 저장하거나 이용하지 않고 계산에 필요한 금액·날짜·상품 정보만 저장합니다. 앱은 구매자 이메일 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
회사는 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소, 위치 정보, 연락처, 사진, 광고 식별자(IDFA·광고 ID)를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 처리 목적
- 상품별·기간별 판매액, 마켓 수수료, 정산 수수료, 원가를 계산해 실제 순이익을 보여주기 위함
- 상점 연결 상태 유지 및 데이터 동기화
- 이용자 문의·오류 제보에 대한 답변 (이용자가 이메일로 보낸 내용에 한함)

회사는 앱이 가져온 상점·주문 정보를 회사 서버로 전송하거나 보관하지 않으며, 회사가 이용자의 상점 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 특별한 규정이 있거나 수사기관이 법령에 정해진 절차에 따라 요구하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
5. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
앱은 이용자의 기기에서 마켓 API에 직접 접속하며, 상점 연결 과정에서 아래 업체를 거칩니다. 이 과정에서 정보가 국외로 전송될 수 있습니다.

상점 데이터 자체는 마켓(Etsy, Inc.)이 보유·관리하며, 마켓의 개인정보 처리는 해당 마켓의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 파기 절차 및 방법
기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 연결을 해제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때 복구할 수 없도록 삭제됩니다. 회사가 보관하는 이메일 문의는 보유 기간이 지나면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 종이 문서는 처리하지 않습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 앱의 설정 › 연결 해제를 누르면 인증 토큰과 가져온 주문·정산 정보가 기기에서 즉시 삭제됩니다.
- 마켓 계정 설정에서 Margo에 준 접근 권한을 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 앱은 더 이상 정보를 가져올 수 없습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 정보가 삭제됩니다.
- 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지 요구나 기타 문의는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자 이메일로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 조치합니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)
- 인증 토큰은 운영체제의 보안 저장소(iOS 키체인·Android 암호화 저장소)에만 보관하고, 다른 기기로 백업되지 않도록 설정
- OAuth 2.0 PKCE와 1회용 state 값으로 인증 코드 탈취·위조 요청 방지
- 필요한 최소 권한(읽기 전용)만 요청
9. 자동 수집 장치(쿠키 등)
Margo 앱은 쿠키를 사용하지 않으며, 광고·분석 목적의 추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 이 웹사이트는 언어 선택을 기억하기 위해 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에 언어 값(ko/en)만 저장하며, 자체 쿠키나 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 보안 서비스 제공자(Cloudflare)가 악성 트래픽 차단을 위해 필수 쿠키를 설정할 수 있으며, 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 이를 거부할 수 있습니다.
10. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 마켓에서 상품을 판매하는 셀러를 위한 서비스로, 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

이 개인정보처리방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 내용이 추가·삭제·수정되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다.

Privacy Policy
Alteria (“we”, “us”) provides the Margo app (“the App”). This policy explains what information the App handles and how. Other Alteria services such as AlphaSecret are covered by a separate policy. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
In short — Margo has no sign-up. With your permission it reads your connected marketplace shop's orders and fees read-only and stores them only on your device. We do not run servers that store this data, we do not request buyer email access, and we do not store buyer names or addresses. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data.
1. Information the App handles
Only after you approve access on the marketplace's own sign-in page (currently Etsy), the App reads the following from the shop you approved through the marketplace API, using read-only permissions (transactions_r and listings_r):

Buyer information: order data returned by the marketplace may include buyer names or shipping addresses. The App does not store or use them; it keeps only the amounts, dates and items needed to calculate profit. The App does not request access to buyer email addresses.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers.
2. Why we use it
- To calculate and show your sales, marketplace fees, payout fees, costs and net profit by product and period
- To keep your shop connected and in sync
- To answer support requests you send us by email
3. Where it is stored and for how long
- Listings, orders and payments are stored in the App's database on your device. Order and payment data is deleted when you disconnect; everything is deleted when you uninstall the App.
- Your costs and payout settings stay on your device until you uninstall the App, so they are ready if you reconnect.
- Tokens are kept in the operating system's secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android encrypted storage) and deleted when you disconnect. Refresh tokens expire after 90 days under the marketplace's rules.
- Support emails are kept for one year after your request is resolved.
The App does not send your shop or order data to our servers, and we cannot access it.
4. Sharing
We do not share or sell your information to third parties, except where required by law.
5. Service providers and international transfer
The App connects directly from your device to the marketplace API. During sign-in, the redirect back to the App passes through Cloudflare, Inc. (United States and global data centers), which processes connection data such as IP addresses and the one-time authorization code; we do not store this code. Cloudflare also serves this website. Your shop data itself is held by the marketplace (Etsy, Inc.) under its own privacy policy.
6. Your choices and rights
- Settings › Disconnect in the App immediately deletes the tokens and synced order data from your device.
- You can revoke Margo's access at any time in your marketplace account settings.
- Uninstalling the App deletes all data stored on your device.
- For access, correction, deletion or any other request, email [email protected].
7. Security
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) only
- Tokens kept only in OS secure storage and excluded from device backups
- OAuth 2.0 with PKCE and a one-time state value to prevent code interception and forged requests

8. Cookies and tracking
The App uses no cookies and no advertising or analytics tools. This website stores only your language choice (ko/en) in your browser's local storage and uses no cookies or analytics of its own. Our security provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to block malicious traffic.
9. Children
The App is designed for marketplace sellers and is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their information.
