요약 — Margo는 무료로 제공되는 비공개 테스트 단계의 앱입니다. 연결한 상점 정보를 읽기만 하며, 보여주는 순이익은 참고용 추정치로 세무·회계 자문이 아닙니다. Etsy는 이 앱의 개발자나 제공자가 아니며 앱에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.
1. 목적
이 약관은 Alteria(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 Margo 앱(이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 이용자는 앱에서 상점을 연결하거나 앱을 이용함으로써 이 약관과 Margo 개인정보처리방침에 동의합니다.
2. 서비스 내용
앱은 이용자가 연결한 오픈마켓 상점의 주문·수수료 정보와 이용자가 입력한 원가·정산 경로 설정을 바탕으로 상품별·기간별 순이익을 계산해 보여줍니다. 앱은 마켓 정보를 읽기만 하며 상점·상품·주문을 변경하지 않습니다.
3. 비공개 테스트 및 요금
앱은 현재 초대받은 이용자를 대상으로 한 비공개 테스트 단계이며 무료로 제공됩니다. 기능은 예고 없이 바뀌거나 일시적으로 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다. 유료화하는 경우 사전에 알리고 별도 동의를 받습니다.
4. 계산 결과의 성격
- 앱이 보여주는 순이익은 마켓이 제공한 정보, 이용자가 입력한 값, 정산 경로 설정을 바탕으로 한 참고용 추정치입니다. 배송 전 주문, 환전·송금 수수료 등 확정되지 않은 금액은 ‘예상’으로 표시됩니다.
- 앱은 세무·회계·법률 자문을 제공하지 않습니다. 세금 신고나 회계 처리는 마켓의 공식 내역과 전문가의 확인을 기준으로 하세요.
- 원가·정산 경로 등 이용자가 입력한 값의 정확성은 이용자에게 책임이 있습니다.
5. 마켓 계정과 마켓 약관
이용자는 본인이 운영하거나 접근 권한을 받은 상점만 연결해야 하며, 연결한 마켓의 약관과 정책을 지켜야 합니다. 마켓이 API 제공을 변경·중단하면 앱 기능도 그에 따라 제한될 수 있습니다.
6. 금지 행위
- 앱을 역설계·변조하거나 마켓 API의 이용 한도를 우회하는 행위
- 다른 사람의 상점을 권한 없이 연결하는 행위
- 앱을 통해 얻은 정보를 마켓 정책이나 법령에 어긋나게 이용하는 행위
7. 서비스의 변경·중단
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요나 마켓 정책 변경에 따라 앱의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 가능한 한 미리 앱이나 이 페이지에서 알립니다.
8. 책임의 제한
회사는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 계산 결과를 근거로 한 이용자의 판단, 마켓 측 장애나 정보 오류, 이용자 기기 문제로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 적용됩니다.
9. 마켓(Etsy)과의 관계
앱은 회사가 독자적으로 제공하는 서비스입니다. Etsy, Inc. 및 그 계열사는 앱의 개발자나 제공자가 아니며, 앱 또는 앱을 통해 접근하는 데이터에 대해 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 이 내용의 원문(영문)은 아래와 같습니다.

약관을 변경하는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에서 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 30일 전부터 알립니다.

Terms of Use
In short — Margo is a free app in private beta. It only reads the shop data you connect, and its profit figures are estimates for reference, not tax or accounting advice. Etsy is not the developer or provider of this app and makes no warranties about it.
1. Agreement
If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails. These terms govern your use of the Margo app (“the App”) provided by Alteria (“we”, “us”). By connecting a shop or otherwise using the App, you agree to these terms and to the Margo Privacy Policy.
2. The service
The App calculates and shows net profit by product and period, based on order and fee data from the marketplace shop you connect, and on the costs and payout settings you enter. The App only reads marketplace data; it never changes your shop, listings or orders.
3. Private beta and pricing
The App is in a private beta for invited users and is free of charge. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable without notice. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and ask for your separate consent.
4. Nature of the numbers
- Profit figures are estimates for reference, based on marketplace data, your inputs and your payout settings. Amounts that are not final (for example, orders not yet shipped, or currency conversion fees) are labelled as estimates.
- The App does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. Use the marketplace's official records and a professional for tax filings and bookkeeping.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the costs and settings you enter.
5. Marketplace accounts
Connect only shops you operate or are authorized to access, and follow the connected marketplace's terms and policies. If a marketplace changes or ends its API, App features may be limited accordingly.
6. Prohibited use
- Reverse engineering or tampering with the App, or circumventing marketplace API limits
- Connecting someone else's shop without authorization
- Using information obtained through the App in violation of marketplace policies or the law
7. Changes to the service
We may change or discontinue all or part of the App for operational or technical reasons or due to marketplace policy changes, and will give advance notice in the App or on this page where possible.
8. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the App's figures, marketplace outages or data errors, or problems with your device, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Relationship with Etsy

We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you.
